The service was excellent.
I encountered a problem . The cancellation policy was inflexible when a medical emergency prevented travel. Despite providing a medical report, the hotel still charged me. This felt quite insensitive and showed a lack of appreciation for loyal customers.

I had a suite king size bed. It was not the same as the one pictured, but it was very good. the room included a mini-bar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. It was replenished daily.

The hotel is in a somewhat tricky location. Taxis are readily available. getting around was simple, and i did not experience any problems. the area is well-connected to major attractions and public transport.

The staff was hardly noticeable. Everything felt calm. the level of professional service impressed me! the room was spacious and clean. i found the staff cute.
i didn't like the lack of appreciation shown when i had to cancel due to an emergency. i sent a medical report, but they still insisted on deducting the amount.
